Shipped works will be ready for return shipment by October 9. You must pay the return shipping and provide a completed Shipping Label for work that doesn't sell. Work will be shipped back by the same carrier that delivered it to us. We will email you when your package is shipped.
Choose a payment method:
1) Preferred method: Open an account with your carrier and fill in your Account Number on the Return Shipping Label. Your account will be charged for the exact shipping amount.
2) FED EX Only: Fill in the Credit Card information on the Return Shipping Label. Your card will be charged for the exact shipping amount when the package is sent.
3) Enclose a check or money order made out to "Susie Scott" in the package for the return shipping.
If you want insurance for the return shipment, please fill in the insurance section of the Return Shipping Label. Be sure to insure your work for its full value. In the event that you need to file a claim for damages, they will consider the asking price for the work, but are limited to payment up to the amount that the work is insured for.
If your art is returned to you in damaged condition, you must contact Susie immediately at 315-677-9395. You will receive a claim form to fill out, and will need to provide additional documentation, including proof of value and repair/replacement cost. Do NOT discard packaging - an inspection may be required! Packaging must meet carrier's guidelines in order to qualify for reimbursement.
Check your carrier's packaging guidelines. Even if your package is insured, carriers will not cover damaged shipments that were poorly packaged.
